California Workforce Association

The California Workforce Association (CWA) is a non-profit membership organization that develops public policy strategies and builds local capacity to address critical workforce issues. It represents the 50 Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs), over 200 One-Stop Career Centers, and other California workforce development partners, including local non-profits, government, educational institutions, and community-based workforce development-related organizations. CWA is dedicated to developing and implementing a broad spectrum of workforce development policies.
