Time Structures

Time Structures is a research organization dedicated to understanding and solving public policy problems, including advocacy, strategy development looking ten or more years out, and individual and organizational problems with time. Since its inception in 1996, Time Structures has focused on applying over 30 years of applied experience and using laboratory tested methods and techniques (including complexity theory) to help people find solutions to real world public policy and time problems. Standard public policy analysis, management analysis, focus groups, and survey research tools are applied to legislative and administrative issues. Principal Consultants include Dr. Victoria Koehler-Jones and Dr. Gus A. Koehler.
